Due to an overwhelming volume of requests coming through our various chat methods and our growing fleet of cars, we've had to implement a ticket system for support requests.
Requests for support will be tracked here in our ticketing system and we will also use the system to better track time spent and subsequent billing. We will keep an archive of all tickets. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.
When submitting a ticket, please enter the VIN of the car your request is concerning.
Please be as specific as possible and attach any screenshots or photos that could help to address the issue.
